Alegre Roofing brings bilingual communication and family leadership to Roanoke projects
Brothers Robert and Andrew Alegre serve Roanoke property owners in English and Spanish, drawing on backgrounds in finance, construction and sales.
For Robert and Andrew Alegre, building a roofing business has also meant building a way to communicate with the people hiring it. Their Roanoke company, Alegre Roofing, describes a fully English- and Spanish-speaking workforce serving homeowners and commercial property clients. That bilingual approach gives customers a choice of language when discussing a project.
The brothers trace their business journey to 2020. Robert, the company's president, brings a background in finance and construction. Andrew, its vice president, has worked in marketing and sales. Both are Liberty University graduates, with Robert completing his studies there in 2012.
Their local connections extend beyond construction. Robert has worked as music director at La Roca Church in Roanoke, where Andrew is also involved. Those community ties sit alongside the family relationships that underpin the business.
Alegre Roofing's services cover three connected parts of a building's exterior: roofing, siding and gutters. Roofing work includes installation and repairs, while siding and gutter services provide additional options for residential and commercial properties. The company presents those offerings together so prospective clients can discuss the scope of their exterior work in one place.
Its customer-service approach emphasizes updates during a project and opportunities to raise questions. The company says it works with clients to understand their requirements and budget considerations. For a homeowner comparing repairs with a larger exterior project, those conversations provide a starting point for an estimate and a clearer description of the requested work.
Alegre Roofing also makes a distinction between its exterior services and the broader work available through its sister company, Alegre Construction Group. The latter handles areas such as framing, drywall, flooring, fencing and decking. That connection gives inquiries involving other parts of a property a defined place to go.
The business lists its Roanoke address as 4646 Plantation Road NE. Prospective customers can request an estimate or ask about services by calling 540-429-4826.
