Four Corners connects property management with a commitment to Charlottesville
The Charlottesville firm combines property management and real estate services with a program supporting client-selected nonprofits.
At Four Corners Real Estate Solutions, a completed property transaction can also support a Charlottesville nonprofit. Through the firm’s Greater Good Program, a portion of the commission goes to a qualifying organization selected by the client, in the client’s name and at no additional cost.

Owner and principal broker Eddie Karoliussen brings a University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce background to the firm. He earned his real estate sales license in 2003 and broker’s license in 2016. Business manager Adela Su adds experience in architecture, construction and real estate administration, including the practical skill of preparing floor plans.
