Vickie Creasy left the Smyth County school system in 2007 and began her real estate career the following year. By June 2010 she had earned her broker’s license and continued Ideal Realty Advisors in Marion as an independent real estate company.
The move followed a degree in interdisciplinary English from Emory & Henry College in 1995. At Ideal Realty, Creasy’s work expanded into brokerage and broker price opinions for companies handling real-estate-owned properties. She is the firm’s broker and owner.
Other members of the office have their own connections to Southwest Virginia. Jennifer Archer graduated from Marion Senior High School and completed real estate education through Moseley Dickenson. Her work includes helping buyers looking for investment properties as well as permanent homes.
John Moore came to real estate with experience as a contractor and business owner. After a period working with a real estate team in Tucson, he returned to Southwest Virginia in 2020 and resumed work with former colleagues.
A more recent educational milestone belongs to Adrianna Terrell, who grew up in Marion. She graduated from Marion Senior High School in 2020 and earned a business degree from Capella University in 2025. Her biography connects that local upbringing with her work helping people buy and sell homes.
The office brings those backgrounds together at 271 Goodpasture Hollow Road in Marion. Ideal Realty Advisors can be reached at 276-782-4444.
