A Harrisonburg homecoming joins the story at Monogram Med Spa
For Millie, joining Monogram Med Spa is also a return to Harrisonburg. The licensed esthetician grew up in the city, worked with clients in New Jersey and has brought that experience back to her home state.

She is part of a team whose backgrounds connect skincare, nursing and aesthetic services at the practice on Evelyn Byrd Avenue. Owner and founder Heather is a dual-certified nurse practitioner. Fellow nurse practitioner Alissandra focuses on skincare and aesthetic medicine, while Millie’s work includes customized skincare treatments, waxing, lash lifts and body contouring.
The mix gives the practice a range of entry points. One client may be looking for a facial or brow service, while another wants a consultation about a more involved aesthetic treatment. Monogram’s service menu includes facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, injectables and laser hair removal, alongside body and wellness services.
Heather founded the business with an emphasis on individual care and has partnered with Mountain Valley Health Care, which shares the suite. That connection is part of her aim to bring a broader health perspective to the medical-spa setting. The exact service and provider depend on a client’s needs, making the consultation a meaningful part of choosing care.
Alissandra’s professional interests include patient education and continued learning in aesthetic medicine. Millie brings a complementary focus on everyday skincare and personalized treatments. Together, their roles give the business a more specific identity than a list of devices or treatments: it is a practice shaped by the people delivering the services.
The location takes a little explanation for a first visit. Monogram is in the second building behind the one facing Evelyn Byrd Avenue, on the lower level in Suite I. Appointment times vary, with some evening and weekend availability; the practice asks clients to check its booking system or contact the team directly. It is closed Sundays and Mondays.
