Ross Lehman brings a nurse’s background to mortgage conversations

Before helping people finance homes, Ross Lehman worked as a registered nurse. His move into mortgage lending changed the setting, but kept him in a role where people arrive with questions and consequential decisions ahead.

Lehman now works with Integrity Home Mortgage in Winchester. His professional introduction also draws on his experience as a homeowner and real estate investor, giving him a personal connection to the transactions he helps clients navigate.
