At The Tox Boutique, skincare education is part of the appointment
The Roanoke practice pairs individualized aesthetic planning with a team focused on explaining products, treatments and next steps.
Allison Pennington wants clients to understand why a skincare product belongs in their routine. The Roanoke native and master esthetician brings that educational emphasis to The Tox Boutique, where consultations connect individual goals with a considered treatment plan.
Owner Jayme Welly, whose background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, has built the Electric Road practice around assessment and patient education. Her approach looks at the person’s broader aesthetic goals before deciding how to address a particular concern.
The team’s work spans several kinds of care. Licensed esthetician Allison Keen offers facials, waxing, lash and brow services, dermaplaning and skin consultations. Pennington focuses on helping clients understand ingredients and the reasoning behind a skincare plan. Medical director Dr. Crenshaw provides clinical oversight.
Patient care coordinator Tahirah Henderson, a Roanoke native and Radford University graduate, manages scheduling and serves as a regular contact for clients.
Together, those roles give the practice a clear emphasis: time spent understanding the person receiving care. Prospective clients can contact the Roanoke office to discuss services and arrange a consultation; treatment suitability is assessed individually.
