Page SPCA sets November 7 rabies clinic in Stanley
The two-hour clinic at the county shelter will accept cash payments of $10 per vaccine.
Page SPCA will hold a rabies vaccination clinic Saturday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Page County Animal Shelter in Stanley.
The county’s October 27 announcement lists a cost of $10 per vaccine, payable in cash only. The shelter is at 1261 Goodrich Road. Dogs must be leashed, and cats must arrive in a suitable carrier.
Dr. Mike Kline will administer the vaccines. The notice lists one-year and three-year vaccines and calls for a valid certificate; pet owners should bring their animal’s existing vaccination documentation for the clinic’s review.
A separate county operations alert says the shelter will be closed for regular business that Saturday, opening only for the 10 a.m.–noon clinic. Residents planning other shelter business should account for that restriction.
The county clinic notice and operations alerts carry the current arrangements.
